RATES & POLICIES
The Villa is rented weekly basis only.
*except Holiday Season All prices in US currency [US$] Minimum Stay Policy The villa is not rented for less than a week. Check In / Check Out Times Check In Time: 2:00 p.m. Ground Transportation Ground transportation - Rental cars and taxis are available at the Cancun Airport. We recommend renting a car. Taxis are usually available in Akumal. Always agree on the fare with the driver before you leave! The Villa is located in South Akumal 100 kilometers (62 miles) south of Cancun. Activities in Akumal include shopping, diving, snorkeling, and dining. Tulum's Mayan ruins are 10 kilometers (6 miles) away. Puerto Aventuras has a ferry to Cozumel and a championship golf course and is 20 kilometers (12 miles) away. Housekeeping The Villa has been immaculately prepared for your arrival. Daily maid service is provided by our on premises staff and is included in the weekly rates. Security Deposit $250 damage deposit required upon booking - refundable within 10 days after end of stay.Cancellation Policy To confirm your reservation, 50% of the total rental fee is required within 7 days of making your reservation. The balance, plus tax is due 60 days prior to date of arrival. A reservation made within 60 days of arrival must be accompanied by full payment. NO DEPOSITS WILL BE REFUNDED UNLESS A REPLACEMENT RENTAL IS OBTAINED. Trip cancellation insurance can be purchased. Should you be forced to cancel for ANY reason and a replacement rental is obtained, your deposit less $100 will be refunded. No refunds for late arrivals or early check outs.
